However, on some pages, we may ask you for personal data to provide services or carry out a transaction requested by you. The personal data we collect may include:

Your Access to and Control Over Your Personal Data
You may opt-out of any future contacts from us at any time. Habits at Work occasionally send informational emails about its products and services, including promotions. You may “opt-out” of receiving information not directly related to the Services here. If you do not opt-out then your acceptance of this Agreement will constitute your affirmative consent to receiving marketing and promotional material from Habits at Work.
We will retain your personal data for us as long as you maintain an account, relationship, or as otherwise necessary to provide you with Services. We will also retain your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
